Rippleglen fined £10k

Rippleglen, the CTN group, was fined£9,000 and ordered to pay costs of£1,325 after pleading guilty to nine charges of breaking waste legislation. Charges were brought by the Environment Agency under Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations.
