Rutherglen lets agreed

LaSalle Investment Management has agreed a string of lettings at the Rutherglen Shopping Centre on the south side of Glasgow. The district centre, anchored by Safeway, has secured Ethel Austin in 5,500 sq ft (510 sq m) on a 15-year lease at£55,000 a year. The 520 sq ft (50 sq m) Mall Cafe has been let to Aulds the Bakers on a 10-year lease. Lettings have also been achieved with Glasgow retailers Miss Posh and Nu-Shoe.
