Sears Canada boss leaves

Sears Canada has parted company with chairman and CEO Mark Cohen over what it called ‘strategic differences about the future direction’ of the business. Cohen will be replaced by president and chief operating officer Brent Hollister. Chief financial officer Glenn Richter will become chairman.
