Simply Food in Sevenoaks

Marks & Spencer is to open a Simply Food store at Sevenoaks, Kent. It has taken a 15-year lease near the high street on 5 Bligh's Road, which previously traded as The Broadwalk cafe/bar. The unit extends to about 3,665 sq ft (340 sq m) on the ground floor, with 1,710 sq ft (160 sq m) of first-floor ancillary space. Chase and Partners and Ibbett Mosely Commercial are the letting agents.
