Six new retailers have taken space in the Springfields Outlet in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Kitchenware retailer Lakeland, The Body Shop and fashion retailers Jacques Vert and Trespass are amongst the retailers opening stores at the scheme.
Chester Properties asset manages the 160,000 sq ft scheme, which is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Clarks and Nike Factory Store, for UBS Triton Property Fund.
Chester Properties director of outlets Ian Sanderson said: “Springfields has a significant number of brands trading well in excess of their targets. The savvy shopper’s desire for branded goods and value for money in an attractive environment has never been stronger with this economic backdrop.”
