The Retail Interiors Awards 2009 are now open for entries. In their 12th year, the awards are recognised as the benchmark by which store designs are judged and this year Point of Purchase Campaign of the Year has been included as a new category alongside the other 14 awards.
The closing date for entries is June 12 and entry judging will take place in early July. This year, there are five judges with Nayna McIntosh, director of store marketing and design at Marks & Spencer, Tim Greenhalgh, creative director at Fitch, Robert Husdon, director at the NAS, Alison Cardy, managing director at HMKM and John Ryan, stores editor at Retail Week, all deliberating over the runners and riders. Judging will be followed by the publication of a shortlist in mid-July.
The awards night will take place at the Hilton hotel, Park Lane on September 29, 2009.
