Superdrug has launched beauty academies in five stores this week to enhance its beauty credentials.
A team of qualified make-up artists will offer beauty advice and tips to girls aged between 16 and 19 in free, half-hour lessons each Thursday this month. If successful, the scheme will be rolled out to more stores.
The academies operate in Bangor and Scarborough - and are both sponsored by make-up brand Barry M - as well as Oban, Worthing and Clacton-on-Sea, which are sponsored by Bourjois. Each shopper who takes part receives a goody bag of beauty samples.
