Topshop/ Topman has signed for its second US standalone store in Chicago.

The Arcadia-owned brand has signed for a 10-year lease on North Michigan Avenue in a store, originally built in 1947, currently occupied by Borders.

It will have between 30,000 sq ft and 35,000 sq ft of selling space across three floors with Topshop in the basement and first floor, and Topman on the second floor.

The first US store opened in Manhattan in April 2009.
