Carphone scooped Retailer of the Year and Rose took the Retail Leader gong, while Green picked up the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Retail.
The judges said that Carphone Warehouse was 'a real British success story that has more than just ridden a new product wave'. They said the retailer 'has had to contend with a highly competitive, fast-moving sector and is leading the way with a much-respected brand that is able to sell hardware and services'.
Rose, who has been restoring M&S's fortunes since taking charge two years ago, was praised for nursing the business to 'better health than it has been in for many years' on the back of customer focus, improved product and marketing and better shops.
Green won praise for being the driving force behind the Fashion Retail Academy, which opened last year with the purpose of providing training for the next generation of retail talent and promoting the career appeal of the retail sector. The creation of the Academy was supported by Arcadia, M&S, GUS and Next.
