Swarovski will open its third store on Oxford Street later this summer.
The crystals retailer has acquired the 2,000 sq ft store at 321 Oxford Street through property agent Harper Dennis Hobbs.
Swarovski will sublet the unit from fashion retailer Next, which has just refurbished its own shop next door.
Swarovski’s new ‘Crystal Forest’ format (left) will be dedicated to crystal and the exterior of the store uses crystals with the aim of reflecting the lights from the street.
Swarovski will also open a store at Land Securities’ One New Change development in the City of London, which opens in October, as well as one in Milton Keynes in July.
CB Richard Ellis acted for Next.
