Tamworth bags two brands for Ankerside mall

CML Tamworth has signed two more tenants for its Ankerside Shopping Centre at Tamworth, Staffordshire, with Stylo Barratt and T-Mobile joining the line-up.

Stylo Barratt, trading as Priceless Shoes, has taken a 1,320 sq ft (120 sq m) unit, with 465 sq ft (45 sq m) of basement storage, on a 15-year lease from June for£58,000 a year.

Meanwhile, T-Mobile has completed a deal to take an 850 sq ft (80 sq m) unit, with a 230 sq ft (20 sq m) basement store.

The rent is£51,000 a year on a 15-year lease from June this year.

Letting agents for both deals were Adam Perrey & Co and Capital Retail.
