Irish fashion retailer and knitwear manufacturer Carraig Donn has chosen Futura’s EPoS software and retail management system to play a key role in the company’s export-led expansion plans.
The £250,000 investment will aim to provide the company with a stable IT infrastructure and a robust EPoS system that will increase business efficiencies and aid expansion of their knitwear division. Carraig Donn has 20 high street and shopping centre locations throughout Ireland.
Futura’s ability to offer Carraig Donn with customer data capture, the use of historic data to predict trends and capturing buying data, played a key role in the decision.
A spokesman for Carraig Donn said: “We chose Futura because it continues to push the boundaries of what an EPoS system can deliver; with innovative modules and measurable return on investment”
The Futura platform provides retailers with integrated business intelligence, to give them greater customer sales and purchasing data to make informed decisions. Other customers include Oliver Bonas, Crew Clothing, Cath Kidston and 99p Stores.
