John Lewis is set to expand its IT team by another 100 people, taking its in-house team to 400.
The department store retailer is in the midst of a wider IT investment which will see its IT function increase by a third overall.
It is currently looking for project managers, business analysts, systems analysts, solutions architect and developers.
IT director Paul Coby said the aim is to continue to drive online and multichannel growth at the retailer. “We are investing more than ever in our IT functions, creating the foundation we need in our systems to support our incredible online growth. We are now looking for talented IT professionals to join our team and help us take omni-channel retail to the next level, cementing our reputation as an industry leader.”
