The Very Group has selected Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help transform and accelerate its shopping experience with generative AI.
In an expansion of its existing partnership with AWS, Very will launch a new Gen AI Innovation Lab powered by generative AI, machine learning and storage capabilities for millions of customers to access interactive and personalised digital shopping experiences.
The lab will trial generative AI-powered retail solutions to transform the way customers shop on the platform, bringing together advanced cloud and generative AI capabilities with Very’s retailing experience.
The lab will help create new products and immersive ecommerce offerings to enable more personalised experiences for Very’s customers and support colleagues at scale.
Very’s engineers and data teams will work closely with specialist teams from the AWS generative AI innovation centre to leverage AWS capabilities through the Amazon Bedrock service.
AI experts will support Very in using generative AI at scale, overcoming technical challenges and rolling out new experiences for customers faster.
