Ted Baker has signed a deal with Microsoft Dynamics AX to roll out new IT systems which are designed to support the brand’s global growth plans.
It is rolling out enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, which will be designed to provide a single software programme that serves all of the business’s different needs across different departments.
Ted Baker said it will automate and streamline everything from stock and warehouse management to financial and resourcing systems.
Ted Baker IT director Dustan Steer said: “The Dynamics AX deployment, with strong support services from Microsoft, will enable us to equip the business with the right tools and processes to streamline our operations and reduce people-intensive activities. Dynamics AX will give us the ability to better anticipate and embrace change and support future global growth.”
Ted Baker is working with Microsoft and K3, its implementation partner.
