The Tesco Racy Butlers service will be available to all female customers who register an interest in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life, also supported by the grocer.
The idea is being tested for a week across 11 UK Tesco Extra shops and for two weeks in its flagship store in Kensington, London.
Tesco corporate responsibility manager Debra Stones said: 'We wanted to show how much we value the loyal customers who take part in Race for Life events and raise money for the cause every year.
'Tesco Racy Butlers will reward these women with an exclusive indulgence; their very own man servants to provide a really pleasurable retail experience.'
The initiative is being launched today with the help of socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, who said: 'It is a great service -having my shopping carried and packed by these racy guys is a real incentive to take part.'
