Four tenants have signed up for The Light, the retail and leisure scheme on the Headrow in Leeds, taking 6,000 sq ft (555 sq m) of retail space and 4,300 sq ft (400 sq m) of restaurant space between them.
Rugby-inspired fashion store Eden Park has taken a 1,000 sq ft (95 sq m) unit on the Arcade level, and home furnishings store Ocean has taken 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m) on The Headrow level.
The Ocean store, due to open in October, will be the company's sixth, following two openings in London, and one each in Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.
Restaurant chain Pucccino's has taken 4,000 sq ft (370 sq m) on The Balcony level, while Segafredo Tapas will occupy 300 sq ft (30 sq m) on The Courtyard level.
