With his popularity in the City not at its peak, perhaps Morrisons’ boss should consider using his real name – Timothy Dalton Philips – to give the grocer a Christmas sales blockbuster.
Philips more than matches his 1980s Bond namesake, with the potential to star in thrillers including The Man with the Golden Pricing Gun and For Your Aisles Only. Philips will be sad to see his 007 sidekick off next year though, when Mr MoneyPennycook departs.
