Furniture specialist The Range is set to launch a new TV advertising campaign fronted by Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen with the strapline ‘If we don’t sell it, you don’t need it’.
The TV designer will feature in the adverts which launch this weekend during ITV’s Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway helping the presenter ‘Malcolm’, who has featured in previous adverts, showcase the retailer’s products.
The advert is produced with VCCP who are responsible for campaigns that include Comparethemarket.com, O2 and Muller.
The Range opened 11 new stores in 2012 to take its estate to over 70 stores in England and Wales with a target of 90 stores by the end of 2013.
The retailer said: “The products and services we are offering our customers are perfectly placed for today’s retail arena and whilst other companies are on the downfall The Range are on track to have another bumper year.”
The ‘Things We Don’t Sell’ adverts will be accompanied by radio adverts.
