Three retailers have signed up for space at St David’s 2 in Cardiff.
Crew, Disney Store and H&M have all taken space in the scheme, which is owned jointly by St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between Land Securities and Capital Shopping Centres.
The scheme, which is due to open this autumn, will add 967,500 sq ft (89,880 sq m) of space to the existing St David’s Shopping Centre in the centre of Cardiff.
Already signed up for space are John Lewis - which will anchor the scheme with its first store in Wales and its largest outside of London - Kurt Geiger, Hugo Boss and Crabtree & Evelyn.
Acting for St David’s Partnership are E J Hales, Lunson Mitchenall and Cushman & Wakefield.
