Flash Sales etailer Secret Sales has launched a click-and-collect service and hired a new finance boss with a pure-play gambling background.
Secret Sales has partnered with Hermes Parcel Shop to allow customers to pick up purchases from the delivery firm’s 4,500 collection points across the UK.
Chief executive Nish Kukadia said: “In tandem with the ever-changing retail landscape, we will continue to evolve our business and customer proposition through further partnerships. The introduction of click-and-collect will help to further improve customer lifetime values.”
Secret Sales has also appointed Neil Alexander as its new chief financial officer.
Alexander’s most recent role was that of chief executive at betting company PKR. He spent just two months there before leaving in August 2015.
Alexander was previously at MyLotto 24, where he was managing director.
Prior to that he spent time at Sportingbet as European chief financial officer and European managing director.
