UK retailers are being targeted to take space in Las Vegas’ new retail extravaganza Grand Bazaar Shops.
Property agent Harper Dennis Hobbs has been hired to bring UK and European retailers to the pop-up mall which has been designed to emulate bazaars and markets from around the world.
The development on the Las Vegas strip will feature markets mimicking Marrakech souks to London’s Portobello Road.
Grand Bazaar Shops will feature 270 stores in a range of sizes. It is predicted to attract more than 20 million shoppers a year and will have a daily night-time light show.
The property agent is tasked with attracting both well-known brands and speciality retailers.
Harper Dennis Hobbs director Richard Willcox said: “This is an exciting new retail opportunity allowing retailers to showcase their brands in one of the most exciting, vibrant locations in the world with lower entry costs than a traditional store.”
