Whiteley is 91% let by rent four weeks before the 320,000 sq ft shopping centre opens its doors to the public.
One of just three UK shopping centres to open this year, Whiteley, which is located in Hampshire, has secured retailers Fat Face, The Body Shop, Jones Bootmaker and Tiger.
The joint venture development by British Land and Universities Superannuation Scheme opens on May 23.
It comes a month after Trinity Leeds shopping centre opened its doors.
Fat Face has signed for a 5,100 sq ft store, The Body Shop has taken a 1,400 sq ft site, Jones Bootmaker has secured a 1,518 sq ft location and Tiger has taken a 3,277 sq ft shop.
Other recent signings include Clintons, WHSmith, Holland & Barrett, Vision Express, Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse. The centre will be anchored by a 60,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer.
All the retailers have signed 10 year leases. Letting agents for the scheme are Cushman & Wakefield and Wilkinson Williams.
British Land head of shopping centre asset management Claire Barber said: “We are in a really strong position with four weeks to go until opening. We have secured a unique line up with a clear focus on fashion, food and beverage and local, independent retailers, creating a real point of difference for our customers.”
