British land has signed HMV as the latest recruit at The Peacocks Shopping Centre at Woking, Surrey.

The music retailer is taking a 6,780 sq ft (630 sq m) unit on the upper concourse, created by merging three existing units, and homewares retailer Shades has relocated to Bandstand Mall.

British Land director Merrick Marshall said: ‘The centre already has a reputation for quality and choice, and HMV reinforces this position.’
