Zara is the latest retailer to take space at Centros Miller's£100 million Fremlin Walk shopping centre development at Maidstone, Kent, which is due to open next spring.
Zara has taken a 22,035 sq ft (2,045 sq m) unit at the scheme, joining Next, H&M, Faith and Schuh, as well as USC, Principles, Etam and Top Shop. The centre is anchored by House of Fraser.
The latest deal means that almost 85 per cent of space at Fremlin Walk has been pre-let. Churston Heard and Leslie Furness are the joint letting agents. Harper Dennis Hobbs acted for Zara.
