Men’s fashion retailer Charles Tyrwhitt has taken a store in the City of London.
It has taken a unit in Premier Property Group and Greenhall Estates’ mixed-use scheme on Lime Street.
The 1,055 sq ft (95 sq m) unit is the first to be taken in the 484,390 sq ft (4,500 sq m) scheme.
Charles Tyrwhitt was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Kitchen La Frenais Morgan and Kinney Green acted for the landlords.
The development also includes offices and is aiming to attract high-end fashion retailers. It is expected to be completed in the spring.
