Peter Pernot-Day, head of strategic and corporate affairs at Shein, has joined the line-up for Live 2025.
Peter will be giving an exclusive talk on Shein’s meteoric success, from tech operations to on demand production, and will attempt to debunk common misconceptions about the fashion juggernaut.
The behind-the-scenes talk will take place at 4pm on the main stage and explore the enigma of Shein and the #sheinhauls which dominate social media.
Peter is just one of the speakers taking to the stage at Live 2025 in Feburary, and attendees will be able to watch a range of content-rich immersive sessions.
The sessions will be hosted by experts and will debate the big challenges, giving attendees a chance to make connections in a friendly networking environment, and discover solutions that will benefit their careers, businesses and the industry.
Other leading names in retail include Currys chief executive Alex Baldock, Kingfisher chief executive Thierry Garnier, and L’Occitane digital and CRM director Cherie Amner, alongside many more.
“LIVE 2025 is where our brands come to life – a day where passion meets innovation, where the brightest minds in our industry come together to connect, and reimagine what’s possible,” said Retail Week editor-in-chief Charlotte Hardie.
“This isn’t just an event; it’s a celebration of the incredible potential we have when we come together, share our insights, and believe in the future of retail. We’re bringing together the masters, the specialists, and the disruptors who power our industry, creating a space where every conversation has the power to spark real transformation.”
