Dundrum, which is poised to bring a touch of Bond Street to the Irish market, has added to its growing retail line up, with Furla and L'Occitane signing up.
Luxury Italian leather goods and accessories retailer Furla will make its Irish debut at Dundrum from a 1,500 sq ft (140 sq m) shop similar to that of its latest concept outlets in Glasgow and Dusseldorf.
Kevin Sweeney, retail surveyor for Harrington Bannon - the joint agent with Hamilton Osborne King - said the deal 'further reinforces our aim to achieve a mix to rival any shopping centre in Europe'.
At the same time, cosmetics retailer L'Occitane, which trades in Dublin, Blackrock, Limerick and Cork has agreed to pay EUR200,000 (£134,047) a year, plus turnover, for 905 sq ft (85 sq m) of ground-floor space and a 670 sq ft (60 sq m) mezzanine.
Dundrum, which opens in spring next year, has secured a swath of designer brands and fashion retailers from A-Wear to Zara, including Hugo Boss, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, French Connection, Hobbs, Karen Millen, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Miss Sixty, Morgan and Oasis.
