Furniture retailer Dwell is to open its first Welsh store at St David’s, Cardiff.

The retailer, which has 18 stores in the UK, will open a 5,343 sq ft store in the Capital Shopping Centre (CSC) and Land Securities-owned centre.

The store is due to open next March.

CSC retail and leasing director Joanne Skilton said: “The introduction of Dwell complements the existing homewares selection offered by John Lewis and Lakeland. They will be a strong addition to the centre.” 

Lunson Mitchenall, Cushman & Wakefield and EJ Hales are retained agents for St David’s. Dwell Retail represented itself.
