Laura McKellar, director of technology, Boohoo
Laura McKellar is director of technology at Boohoo Group, where she is responsible for digital, online marketing and front-end systems. She has been with the business for seven years, having first joined as head of ecommerce applications. Prior to her role at Boohoo, she worked in IT project management for Rentalcars.com and Thomas Cook.
David Kohn, customer and ecommerce director, Heal’s
David Kohn was appointed customer and ecommerce director at Heal’s in 2016, responsible for ecommerce, customer service and IT at the world-famous furniture and homeware retailer. Prior to his role at Heal’s, he held senior ecommerce, strategy and commercial roles at Snow+Rock, Waterstones and Blacks.
Nik Fletcher, head of digital experience, Rapha
Nik Fletcher was head of digital experience at Rapha in May 2020, responsible for the company’s online and app strategy, which has included the end-to-end redesign of the Rapha digital experience. Prior to joining Rapha over five years ago, he spent eight years working for a leading UK independent software developer.
Lochan Sim, vice-president for partnerships and strategic sales, Payoneer
Lochan Sim joined Payoneer as vice-president for partnerships and strategic sales in June 2020. With more than a decade of expertise in the payment sector, he is focused on helping retailers build an ecosystem of commerce platforms and payment methods to deliver winning digital experiences for retailers and their customers.
