Boohoo has secured court approval for its acquisition of US fashion retailer Nasty Gal and remains on track to complete the £16m deal by the end of this month.
The fast fashion etailer said today it has got the green light to acquire Nasty Gal’s intellectual property rights and customer databases.
The deal, first revealed in December, is set to complete on February 28.
Boohoo’s joint chief executives Mahmud Kamani and Carol Kane said: ”We are delighted to have been successful in our bid to acquire Nasty Gal.
“It represents an exciting opportunity to accelerate our international offering and inspire an ever-growing range of young customers in the US and around the world.”
