Veteran retail analyst Tony Shiret is to return to the City to take up a role with Portuguese bank Espirito Santo.
Shiret will join the bank in December as head of general retail, joining a team of five analysts covering the UK, Continental Europe and emerging markets.
In July a tribunal found that Shiret was unfairly dismissed and suffered age discrimination by former employer Credit Suisse.
Shiret was dismissed during a programme of redundancies in June 2011. He was aged 55 at the time and had been employed by the bank for 18 years.
Shiret has over 25 years experience covering retail.
