Jeweller Fraser Hart is the latest retailer to take a unit at Fremlin Walk, Centros Miller's£100 million shopping development at Maidstone in Kent.
The jeweller has taken a 15-year lease on unit SU1, which is prominently located at the Week Street entrance to the scheme and features a return frontage onto Earl Street.
The unit provides 1,255 sq ft (115 sq m) of ground floor space, with a further 1,205 sq ft (110 sq m) on the first floor.
Fraser Hart is the 29th retailer to sign up for space in the 350,000 sq ft (32,500 sq m) scheme, which will be anchored by a 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m), two-level House of Fraser department store. Construction began in March and the centre is scheduled to open in March 2005.
Churston Heard and Leslie Furness are joint letting agents for the centre.
