Where you submit an entry (‘Entry’) into any competition for an award in recognition of an achievement we have administered (an ‘Award’), the following additional terms will apply to the Contract.
We will publish details of Awards on our relevant website (the ‘Website’).
You may apply to enter for an Award by submitting a completed entry form and paying the amount due for entry (the ‘Entry Fee’). Our employees, agents and family members and those of our Affiliates may not enter Awards.
By entering any Award, you agree to be bound by the specific rules for the relevant Award (the ‘Rules’), which will be available on the Website. We may amend Rules from time to time for any reason.
We may for any reason, at any time withdraw an Entry, including (without limitation) where it:
Where we withdraw an Entry, we may ban any individuals named on the relevant Entry’s credit list from making further Entries.
If you want to withdraw an Entry, you must notify us via the email address on the Website or through your organisation’s dedicated account in relation to the Awards.
We will only refund Entry Fees, and consider category or section changes, in accordance with our refund policy published on the relevant Website (if any).

To the extent that you are not the owner of any material comprising the Entry, you will procure that we have the right to use such material for the purposes envisaged by this Awards Module.
You will provide us on request with media scheduling details, client confirmation or any other further information needed to verify the authenticity of a piece of work forming part of an Entry. You must immediately inform us if you become aware that an unauthorised collection or compilation including your Entry is available for sale or distribution.
We will provide all individuals and organisations that submitted Entries with details of the relevant Awards ceremony. We do not provide free attendance to the Awards ceremony for those shortlisted or for any other organisations. You will not be permitted entry to Awards ceremonies and after parties without a valid pass.
We own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, design rights and trademark rights, in and to all Trophies, decorative objects and other souvenirs of achievement in relation to an Award (a ‘Trophy’). We have the exclusive right to reproduce, manufacture, copy, and sell a Trophy in any size or medium, and to distribute or exploit the design of a Trophy or to produce or commission reproductions of same for gift, sale, re-sale or licence. No reproduction, replica or other copy of a Trophy may be made or used by you or by any manufacturer, advertiser, organisation or individual except in accordance with these terms without our prior written consent.
If you win an Award, any duties, fees and charges accrued from the transporting of the relevant Trophy will be your responsibility.
All Entries and their subsequent feature, display, exhibition or presentation are for the purpose of criticism and review only. Our consideration or display of an Entry does not constitute any recommendation, endorsement or promotion of the products or services featured.
Our decisions in all matters relating to the Awards will be final and binding.
