1. Notwithstanding any other term of the Contract, if you provide notice to us in writing on or after 16 March 2023 (but no later than 29 March 2023) accompanied by evidence in form and substance satisfactory to us that as a direct result of COVID-19 (which terms includes any mutation thereof):
(i) the government of the country or state where you are [located/based/resident] (the “Attendee Territory”) has closed its international border so that you are prohibited from travel from or back to the Attendee Territory for the Event; and/or
(ii) the government of the Attendee Territory has issued official advice against travel to United Kingdom; and/or
(iii) the government of the Attendee Territory has imposed a quarantine on return from travel from United Kingdom; and/or
(iv) the government or state of the Attendee Territory imposes a period of lockdown so that you are prohibited from leaving your home except for essential requirements,
then you may obtain a credit equal to an amount reflecting the purchase price of your [ticket/table].
2. Notwithstanding any other term of the Contract, if we determine that as a direct result of COVID-19 it has become commercially impractical or unfeasible to hold the Event, we will provide notice in writing to you as soon as is reasonably practicable, and we will endeavour to reschedule the Event to a date which falls within the same calendar year as the Event (the ‘Contingency Event’). If we are able to do so, your [ticket/table] will be transferred to the Contingency Event. If we are unable to do so, then you may obtain a credit equal to the purchase price of your ticket.
