Inditex's Bershka fashion chain is to make its debut in the British Isles this autumn.
The brand - described as Zara's younger sister, selling teenage and young women's fashions - has signed a 4,895 sq ft (455 sq m) unit in the Red Mall extension at the Blanchardstown Centre in Dublin, which is set to open this autumn.
Two other European brands are using the development to trial their formats in the British Isles: Orchestra, a successful French childrenswear retailer, has taken 1,325 sq ft (125 sq m), and Greek womenswear brand Rebecca Blu has taken 730 sq ft (70 sq m).
Marks & Spencer will be anchoring the scheme with a 62,000 sq ft (5,760 sq m) unit. Other pre-lets include BT2, A Wear, Esprit, FCUK, Ernest Jones, Bertoni and Ecco.
The development is now 100 per cent pre-let.
Blanchardstown general manager Aidan Grimes said: 'The new wider fashion line-up and addition of Marks & Spencer, coupled with the ongoing revamp of Roches Stores and the arrival of Zara, will reinforce the centre as Ireland's leading retail destination.'
