Co-operative grocer Edeka is considering revoking its co-operation agreement with Dansk Supermarked’s Netto in Germany.
Edeka’s supervisory board will decide the fate of its 25% stake and its buying agreement with Netto.
Discounter Netto has around 350 stores in the Northeast and entered the alliance in 2005. Reportedly, Edeka and Dansk Supermarked have been unable to agree a price for the 25% stake.
