Marks & Spencer has signed to anchor Union Square in Aberdeen when the scheme opens this autumn.

The retailer has taken a 52,000 sq ft unit in the centre, its second central Aberdeen site.

Union Square is owned by Hammerson, which is being represented jointly by Culverwell & Co and Lunson Mitchenall.
