PrettyLittleThing has named Tom Binns and Nicki Capstick to take on the role of chief executive, previously held by Umar Kamani for 12 years.
Binns, previously commercial director at the retailer will head the role of chief operating officer leading product, finance, ecommerce and tech divisions.
While Capstick will take on the role of chief marketing officer heading brand, creative, studio and marketing at the fashion etailer
Capstick was most recently PrettyLittleThing’s marketing director for three years after working in various roles in marketing since 2015.
This comes after PrettyLittleThing’s founder and chief executive Umar Kamani announced plans step down from the fashion retailer after 12 years to embark on “new challenges and goals” and “build new brands”.
At the time Kamani said: “After 12 years as CEO and founder of PrettyLittleThing, I have made the difficult decision to step down from my position as CEO. Twelve amazing years that changed my life and I will be forever grateful for all those memories.
“I’m at the stage in my life where I need to set myself new challenges and goals, and build new brands that hopefully you all love and support as much as you did with this one.
“I was 24 when I started this brand and today, at 35 years old, I’m so proud, grateful and excited to go on my next journey.
“Here’s to the future, creating more magic and fairytales. To each and every person who has played any part in the PLT movie, thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
