Having read the comments with interest in my opinion upwards only rent reviews are there when you sign the lease , so you know what you are letting yourself in for when entering the contract.

I agree that soulless shopping in supermarkets is on the increase but has it's place as all areas of retail do, but surely we must remember that we are the ones that guide their fate, if you shop in Borders then you have an argument to debate , but if you buy from Smiths or a large supermarket then ultimately we are to blame, because it's a nice place to shop won't pay the associated operational Bills a retailer has to meet unless we buy from them and allow them to make a profit . It's a pity if we loose the name from the high street.
