Guys
We need to remember that while we are slinging mud around about rent, Hilco etc there are over 1,000 people who are in a really poor place today.
Almost 1 year ago today myself and my colleagues got exactly the same news at Woolworths. What I would like to take the time to say to any Borders employees reading this, please remember that almost all of the 27,000 Woolies people got fixed up quickly and most of you will do the same.
The next couple of weeks will be really hard but you will come through it and succeed regardless of the success of Borders (which I personally hope survives)
