The following is an extract from an article written today on the front page of The Irish Sunday Business Post--``Upward-only rent reviews will be banned in new commercial leases negioted from early next year. Justice minister Dermot Ahern wiil sign a commencement order this week banning upwars -only reviews,which have been the subject of battles between landlords and retailers all over the country since the economic downturn took hold.``
