not much of a surprise given that without doubt Mr Craig fully understands how to build a fashion brand whilst Mr Marshall has no experience in this area at all coming from Phone4U. He is a franchisee managing other companies brands for the group which is all about operations so I suspect that he would not have been able to understand the creative process required to make a fashion brand stand out.
