one can only hope that he realises that EBAY is still the wild west where by comparison Amazon is streets ahead where critically they have focussed on consumer trust. .

without doubt EBAY will continue to be left behind until they sort out the lack of public trust that they have generated with the high level of unregulated assortment of product and sellers.
