the future for bottom priced retailers who sell non food product is facing a massive shakeout driven by customers who want more than low price and of course the increased competition from online that is now accessed by almost everyone including low income citizens.

the start point of recovery is to provide products that people need on a regular basis rather than assume they will buy a variable product choice just because they are low priced. tough!
