Even if Kelvin or his senior staff thought it was worth turning a blind eye to before, surely they'd have put a stop to it after the whole #metoo campaign started.

As I've said before, I'm frequently baffled at what goes through the minds of some retailers and their staff that they think this sort of thing is remotely acceptable.
