Landlords agents are also guilty of threatening behaviour particularly when it comes to the service charges in shopping centres as that charge lays the managing agents standing costs and profits for managing the malls.

Don’t know a single managing agent who has accepted that they should take less service charge having reduced their own costs .

They of course are driving the collection of rent to landlords who are hiding behind them.

It’s time that landlords published what their policy is on rents and service charges re Covid 19.
