Another naive set of comments .

Investment is simple , funds in funds out to achieve capital gain for resell and or a return on investment .

In order to invest at the level she has muted there is nothing in the market where the lender would not want significant control leading to absolute control I’d payment is not made.

An asset loan would work however the billions she has declared the business needs is simply not available .

Lastly lender/investors lend to people and on that front the low levels of experience in retail that the chairman has and the MD would significantly count against them .
