Silly.

This is what happens when you allow non retail personnel management to control people.

Of course managers like it as it means less work when they don’t want to work however it leads to increased management costs to cover the manager who is constantly off when needed and allows all staff to become haters as they do t have flexible time they can choose.

It’s in the same cupboard of working from home is more productive and employees really like it.
