2024 is a record year for travel, with more people than ever before heading to the airport and arriving there earlier too.

Although retail is critical to the health of the UK’s airports, the passengers’ experience of the departure lounge is often clunky and dull. So, if you started from scratch and redesigned airports to deliver a world-class shopping experience, what would they look like? We asked creative agency Household to do just that.
